When booking you can choose 30min long time slots. If you are planning a longer repair session, you can book more slots in a row. Experience shows that it also takes longer if you want to do several repairs at once. Longer repairs include: Changing the bottom bracket, changing drivetrain, wheel trueing (without previous experience).
Appointments can be booked 48 hours previously.
