A full lecture theatre, touching texts, loud laughter and thunderous applause - we're talking about the Aachen Lecture Theatre Slam! The live literature event is one of the largest of its kind in Germany and has been organised by the Aachen poetry slam "satznachvorn" and the AStA of RWTH Aachen University for a decade now.
On 14 November 2024, the poetry competition will finally enter the next round in the RWTH auditorium! The organisation is supported by the student councils 1/2 and 7/3. You can look forward to six outstanding masters of the spoken word who will provide an entertaining and colourful range of texts. Decide who you like best and who will be crowned the winner - you are the jury! You can expect a competition between stage writers who will vie for your favour with their self-written texts. The slammers have six minutes in each round, and there are no limits to their texts. Whether funny, lyrical, silly, serious or thought-provoking - we'll get to hear it all and you decide who wins!
The eloquent spectacle will be moderated by Oscar Malinowski and Lukas Knoben , the hosts of the monthly Aachen Poetry Slam.
Discounted tickets are currently available for school students, university students, apprentices and severely disabled persons (in each case with valid proof).
In case of cancellation of individual concerts, tickets will be refunded!
